When two people passionate about wine-making come together, what else could result but a winery?
That´s how we could simply describe the beginning of our journey. In the summer of 2022, we made the decision to follow our hearts and separate from the family winery in Šatov to embark on our own journey. Our winery, settled in the heart of Dobšice, has not only a production and archive cellar, but also a cosy tasting room complete with a fireplace.
Our yearly wine collection embodies of six wines typical for our Znojmo terroir - dry, filtered as well as unfiltered ones. We also offer a pétillant naturel - ReCreo.
Not only can you taste our wines at various public events, but we will also gladly prepare a guided tasting for you by prior arrangement at our cellar.
Why crown cap?
One of the reasons is primarily practicality when opening bottles. You can simply open our wine anywhere and anytime without a corkscrew or a sommelier´s knife.
Another reason is functionality. The wines we produce are not primarily intended for archiving and the minimal amount of oxygen that gets under the crown has a favorable effect on aging without the wine losing its freshness.
An important reason is also the design and wide range of colors of the closures, which fits into the overall impression of the bottle of wine.
